At the heart of R1NG BJJ is a leadership team made up of some of the most respected figures in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community. Their experience, vision, and commitment to the art are the foundation of everything R1NG stands for.

The team is proudly led by BJJ Coral Belts Masters Roberto “Gordo” Correa and Alexandre “Soca” Freitas, and 6th degree BJJ black belt Professor Mauricio “Tinguinha” Mariano,  legendary names in the sport with decades of experience both as elite competitors and world-class instructors.

Together with many other elite black belts founding members, this leadership team brings unmatched knowledge, mentorship, and a unified vision to elevate the R1NG BJJ team on and off the competition mats.
